My contribution to the Fourth National Conference on GC. Let's talk about

I decided to write my speech to the Fourth National Conference of / the Young Communists / and held in Pomezia (Rome) February 19 to 21.

I would have never imagined participating in a National Conference as a delegate of the Communist Youth the conference more participatory in my region.

I do not know whether to be more proud of the work done in our federation, one of the few in Italy in 2009 which registered an increase of members, where the work is meant to restore political and responsible young people, former members and new friends in our beautiful party and the proposed Federation of the Left.

But before I said I did not know whether to be more proud of our results or concerned about the situation of young communists in Piedmont.

I do not think that this conference is an opportunity to talk about the way in which our organization has been weakened, or the mismanagement of the undignified end.

I think that this conference should tell us how they operate and groped to rebuild a youth structure, leaving the waste and worry to understand and act in the present.

I and other comrades of the province, note well that we speak of the Piedmont province / Cuneo, historically "white" and far from any tradition of working, we are trying.

A province that is rediscovering the pleasure of the combination, youth involvement in recreational and cultural venues in PRC.

Participation in all the initiatives triggered by the idea of \u200b\u200b"social partners", in my true lifeblood of the PRC: the GAP, volunteering in Abruzzo in the Brigades of active solidarity, Orange Mechanical Engineering ... experiences that we have discovered, among other things, the weird thing for communist militants, the working class.
We were among the supporters and participants in a fight in a local factory, we actually climbed on the roof with them.

And we have "discovered" that the workers are not all members of the League, but they are just pissed off. Angry not only because of their situation but also because the policy does not support them. Maybe there will be growth but one of our election, there was little growth and rising Communist Party is no longer just a blabbering of workers, but that speaks to workers and discussing and fighting with and for workers.

Our challenge this must be in Piedmont, groped a grounding in the territories and the territories, to concrete activities and do not forget their training and goals. It 's a challenge that needs to be supported by the national organization.

A region that lives all the contradictions conceivable:

CAPITAL - LABOUR: relocation and de-industrialization are impoverishing the social fabric of large areas, and young people are crushed in the uncertainties (the suicide of Emanuele Vacca ...)

ENVIRONMENT: The TAV is "paradigmatic," but let's not forget nuclear power plants, incinerators ...

SECULARITY ': La Bresse, whether we like it or not, has allowed the testing of the abortion pill. The right while promoting signatures in defense of the crucifix.

MAFIA: Free in Piedmont already manages several property confiscated.

RACISM: The Northern League. In Piedmont, the alternative to coalition Bresso Cota. The Lega involves too many young people even in smaller centers. In this capacity we propose aggregating more careful with personal relationships and even override a clear alternative to real society.

Finally I will not speak of choice, which I share, to support the candidacy Bresso with an agreement that stress, not political but technical.

We must first "survive" and then worry about building a structured organization in our region, support battles not only in words but in deeds, internal discussion and debate.
