Cabbages and I will make with Lumaconi Mackerel!
Here, the dish is thought! I also added a carrot waiting for me brave and lonely in the fridge:

Fate bollire il cavolo e contemporaneamente nella padella fate rosolare la carota tagliata a rondelle e poi a quadratini (o meglio a quarto di rondella). Una volta tolto il cavolo dall'acqua, spezzettatelo e mettetelo nella padella, dove poi lo schiacciate leggermente, facendogli prendere colore. Poco prima di spegnere aggiungete lo sgombro in modo che i sapori si mescolino bene tra loro.
Se poi volete dare un tono più esotico al piatto, aggiungete del curry (Aaarabaaaa, è favoloso!!!)
Nella stessa acqua bollite i lumaconi. Scolateli al dente, saltateli in padella e poi impiattateli:
